CLIENT
- The client was in the custom home building business for 30 years specializing in large seascape homes that were situated on unique plots of land on lakes and waterfront. Competition for this niche of home buyers and property types was strong yet very specific.
- Being a boutique builder, the Client relied upon an audience of high end architects, designers, and realtors to draw their specialty building services to the table.
- The lead times from “cradle to grave” in the acquisition to completion cycle was fairly long as the process required many regulatory details i.e. licensing and building permits while set backs from waters capes was always apparent.
PROBLEM
- Client had a very simple website without any optimization work done for gaining their audience.
- Word of mouth marketing and referral based relationships was where they relied on most of their clients.
- Client had very little understanding of the SEO processes but wanted SERP performance and conversions.
SOLUTION
- The initial steps for Need SEO was to conduct a series of interviews to map out the steps, processes, and timing schedules that the Client could set their clock to.
- The website was the first step for remodeling whereby a WordPress site was chosen for ease of performance and SEO compatibility.
