Client:

Client was running for primary judicial 9th circuit court judge with 3 weeks until the election.

September 1st contacted our company for assistance in geo fencing to her voter base.

Problem:

Client had been running social media posts and was looking for an SEO solution (search engine optimization) approach.

There were 20 zip codes that the 9th Circuit Court covered and time was of the essence.

Solution:

Client only could reach so many registered voters bot was challenged in finding those that were not already in their “following” base.

We looked at using SEO tactics however with limited time and resources, we pivoted to “fast track” a geo fencing campaign whereby we were able to use Display ads and YouTube videos that could be placed on Meta means using social media to target any audiences that were searching or mentioning topics related to the judicial election or the candidates running.

Need SEO’s team designed addressable and polygon geo fencing campaigns by curating the ages and qualifications of registered voters wothin these targeted areas.

Results:

September 20th, 2024 was the results from the primary elections and our Client won by over 7,000 votes.  Through our reports and conversion data, our judicial candidate client won the primaries and has entered into the November general election.

 

Five Star Auto Repair  

 

Client: 

This Client is an auto repair business located in Gibsonton, Florida.  

In April 11, 2023 they approached our company (Need SEO) for increasing client reach through digital marketing i.e. geofencing strategies.  

Problem:

Client expressed slow business with a lot of competition in surrounding areas.  Did not have a website, only a Facebook page. They were looking for a faster more efficient method of reaching different neighborhoods and competitor locations in the surrounding 3 towns.  Additionally, they were looking for a reliable reporting structure to validate their budget spend. 

Solution:

Need SEO proposed to utilize a geofencing strategy that would incorporate key neighborhoods and specific competitor addresses i.e. Tire Kingdom, AutoZone, etc 

Polygons on MAPS and addresses were placed in the fulfillment development.  Additionally, keywords, and search terms were placed in the keyword search to attract audiences that were seeking auto repairs via their smartphones. 

During the Onboarding process, Client was interviewed extensively to gather specific competitor names and addresses that were needed. Community locations were geographically polygon designed.  The Client resides in Gibsonton, Florida while contiguous towns of Brandon, Riverview, and FishHawk were also targeted.  

Audiences that entered the premises of competitor address and certain communities of the towns mentioned were built into the geofence campaign.

Results:

From the inception of the geofencing campaign, Client has received over 660,000 Impressions, 918 Clicks, and 72 Actions (where new clients entered their premises.  Client after 2 months needed to hire additional repair staff for the increase in customer demand.  Client is looking to expand their staff and increase their business from this increased traffic from geofencing.

 

Home Instead- Citrus County  

Client:  Home Instead is a national branded retirement service provider to seniors that are looking to stay at home and be cared for there. This particular franchisee is the 3rd franchise location that has sought the geofencing services of Need SEO.

Problem:  The Client had used different digital media to increase their traffic.  Pay Per Click and SEO in prior years which was not very cost effective and successful.  

Solution:  Client started their geofencing campaign in September 2023 and wanted to launch 2 franchise locations that polygon two separate counties, Citrus County and Marion County, Florida.  The curation demographics were established to target certain age audiences, since the users of the senior retirement services are actually the “Boomer” children of the parents needing help.  It was also determined that this age group was adept at smartphone usage and digital apps that are central to the effectiveness of geofencing success. 

Results:  From September 17th, 2023 to YTD, Client has seen over 680,000 Impressions, 950+ Clicks, and 78 Actions taken by new clients.  This has been an immense increase to the Client’s business revenue with a much more efficient approach to reaching targeted audiences.

 

Funtastic Learning Academy  

Client:  Funtastic is a child learning facility with 2 locations in the Orlando, Florida region.

Problem: They were looking for increasing the enrollment in their facilities by reaching parents of local children that lived withing a ten mile radius of their locations.

Solution:  Client approached Need SEO about launching an effective digital marketing campaign that was cost effective and efficient.Need SEO reviewed the precise geographic communities that Client was seeking to attract and polygons were developed to attract audiences in these areas. Additionally, other child schools were geofenced in the parking lots and drive throughs where other parents were traveling. 

Results:  From August 30th 2023 to January 2024, Need SEO was able to fill the schools with 100% enrollment for Client using over 250,000 Impressions, 362 Clicks, and 26 Actions Taken for new enrollees.
