Honestly, we went from text to images to photos to videos all in the search for solving our inattentive nature because we are being bombarded with so much stimuli today that we cannot stay focused. But hasn’t television already shown us this when it comes to media preferences of choice? Video strikes the senses of vision, sound, movement, music, and psychology all at the same time. For whatever reason this exists, it is a proven fact that video ranks supreme when it comes to audience engagement.
