Bob is a graduate of Amherst College with a Political Science degree. He started his career on Wall Street in New York City as a bond trader and eventually went into investment banking for notable firms such as Drexel Burnham, Lambert, Credit Suisse First Boston, And Bear Stearns. After spending 32 years in the financial mecca of NYC, Bob moved to Tampa Bay and started his online and digital marketing company, Local-Mobile Advertising which was then changed to Need SEO. He soon came to realize that the digital age of marketing was just another version of financial tools to help businesses worldwide. He built the foundations of Need SEO with expert and professional fulfilment teams in SEO, PPC, and Geo Fencing where his commitment to excellence and transparency and communications became the cornerstones to success. The development of his diverse and eclectic sales marketing team has enabled Need SEO to grow into what it is today and continue on its trajectory of compounded annual sales growth.

Cheryl is experienced in multiple aspects of Commercial Real Estate having founded Foundation Realty Inc. in Toronto, Canada specialized in; land development, commercial industrial plans of subdivision, build to suit, investment, sales and leasing. An award-winning Commercial Real Estate Agent was responsible for the oversight of a family owned investment real estate portfolio.
January 2019 with a unique understanding and a strong skill set in internet marketing integrated into an Intrapreneurial role working together with Need SEO LLC to help clients reach higher levels of success by taking advantage of new opportunities to assess feasibility of new processes in the way we transact business leveraging technology.

Cristel Brito

Cristel is a native of New York City currently residing in the Tampa Bay area. After owning her own medical device company specializing in compression garments specific to lymphedema and wound care, she transitioned her career into business to business sales, account management and business development for other companies and manufacturers in the medical device and wellness industries. Cristel is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. Currently, she is consulting and educating for both regenerative medicine and medical cannabis industries.
Tony Rockliff

Tony has been a media producer for decades shooting and editing videos and recording music and voice, and he has his own green screen studio and two recording studios. Tony has worked with many popular and well-known recording artists, including Cat Stevens, Elton John’s band, The Temptations, Alan Parsons, Beatles producer George Martin and many others. In 1995, Tony created Cybertown, an on-line social networking community of people from 155 countries interacting in a 3D Virtual Reality off-world town set about 100 years in the future. Cybertown grew to 1.3 million members and also attracted partnerships with major movies studios, and other Fortune 500 companies. Since 2013, he has given more Internet marketing seminars to the 1,000-strong Tampa Bay Business Owners Group in 4 counties than any other speaker. Tony also specializes in optimizing YouTube channels and videos so that they can get seen by many more people to increase traffic to their sites and email lists.
